The location is wonderful, the facilities fabulous and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Two annoyances, however. The hotel failed to pick me up upon my arrival at the airport which relegated me to haggling over transportation sevices. That, in turn, made a long day of traveling much longer and tiring. After checking in at 9:15 PM, I was also dismayed to discover that the electrical sockets in my room were not working. Although an electrician was summoned and worked diligently to fix the problem, that ordeal added another 1 1/2 hours to the already tiring day.

This was a lovely place to stay and worth the effort to get through the traffic from the airport or the ferry terminal. It was especially on oasis of quiet and calm among the chaos of Patong. The staff are very warm and friendly and the location is great.

The hotel location was great. Located on the beach. The room was very nice and the service and the staff were excellent. When booking a Dinner Reservation I noted that it was for my girlfriends birthday. When we returned back to the room that night a beautiful flower arrangement was in our room with a nice birthday card. A very nice touch.

The Impiana was an excellent place to stay in busy Patong. We had the convenience of the shopping and restaurants and then enjoyed the magnificient facilities at the Impiana which fronted a beautiful beach and offered good privacy.

The hotel was very nice, but the room i was given was right by the restaurant and i was woken quite early on Sunday morning by all the deliveries coming into the restaurant.
