My wife and I loved the Hotel Spa which we really enjoyed the service very much. Our stay was a much needed vacation for traveling, relaxation as well as rekindling the flames of our relationship after our son was born over four months ago. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, and the close proximity to Surya KLCC as well as get to know Malaysia on our tours.
We look forward to coming back to Malaysia in the future and hope to actually view a live F1 Race during the start of the Formula 1 racing season this year or next year.

As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was truly impressed. The cleanliness, the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The room I was assigned to was big and it was truly comfortable. I enjoyed spending time in the relaxing atmosphere of the lounge and breakfast the next morning was really delicious.

Very good hotel with nice rooms, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Great location right next to KLCC. The breakfast buffet is decent. Overall, a good experience.

Overall services was good. Food at Tonka Bean Cafe was good. I was missed informed regarding phone charges. I was told that local phone calls were free only mobile phone calls were being charge $2 per min. So I had to pay about $30 on check out. The front desk person did not made good. An it was the hotel operator that gave the information.

The staff was very polite, and cordial. The room and the bathroom were very clean and nice. And the place of the hotel is near everything, near the petronas towers, i recommand this hotel.
