I had a pleasant stay at the Impiana. The location was superb, given the purpose of my trip which was to catch a glimpse of the Petronas towers and shopping. The staff are very attentive and were able to cater to all my needs. My room had a problem with some electrical wiring, that emitted a disturbing noise. They were prompt to address my concern and was able to fix it right away. The infinity pool was also nice, but I wished they will employ stricter dress codes to those who wanted to go for a dip. All in all, my stay at the Impiana was short but sweet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

As the Impiana is onoy 2 years old, eveything in the room was in mint condition, bathroom is sparkling clean, hot and cold water turn on perfectly and taps are smooth. Room service is fast and efficient, housekeeping on time.
No long waiting time for elevators, and apart from the small size of the pool, gym and SPA are top notch.

The room is great, clean and has a cosy atmosphere comparing to one that I stayed in the main shopping area (near Impi station), though the room is much spacious mad hogher price. Impiana is walking distance to Twins Tower, Suria KLCC and the new Pavilion shopping centre. Its value for money. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, if I am to visit KL again.

Since the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks and wet tissues were served. This was a pleasing gesture as it was very hot outside and made us feel that hotel staff felt our discomfort due to hot weather. reservations were handled very quickly, all information was at hand. Room was clean & spacious. Bed was small, although supposed to be queen sized, but it was small. Anyway, we ordered an extra bed and was delivered & set within few minutes. Once we came back to our room after 2:00am and ordered extra towels, and they were as well sent to room with a warm smile intantaneously. Breakfast was superb. Floor staff made sure that food is always full in trays served and no guest has to wait longer for their food. Location of hotel is very strategic -- 5 mins walk to KLCC & Petronas Twin Towers, 7 mins walk to Pavilion Shopping Centre and ard 12-15 mins to Bkt Bintang and ard 20 mins drive to Zoo Negara. FULL 5 STARS for the HOTEL & STAFF. I recommend their STAR rating should be changed to a higher level as give every guest best treatment.

During our stay, I find most of the reception staff not friendly. There is no smile on their face. When I went to enquire from the reception staff the possibility to have late check-out due to my late flight at 1850hrs, her reply was not polite and gave a look that make me feel i tried to take advantage of the hotel.
However, I found out that most the man at the doorway wearing beige are very friendly and they deserve more credit than those wearing black jacket. I remember Azlan showing enthusiasm and making us feel our stay comfortable. He deserve to be praised.
