Hotel service staff had excellent customer service attitude. Room facilities were excellent. However, will require to improve on the reservation and check-in procedures. I had to wait 30 minutes at the check-in counter as they could not find my reservation details inspite of presenting my confirmed voucher.

for me its a Five star Hotel, I never forget, staff are very nice (Excellent), rooms are very big, I was in Dulex room with my family it was very nice room with swimming pool & Twin towers view. what i will say more this hotel is perfect from every part. i recommed every one to pay little bit more but stay in this hotel, i have plan to go next year again and belive me i will stay for whole week. Taxi or Lamosine stand are available in hotel.

you cannot sleep !!!!! the location is good but you cannot sleep ,worst hotel i never been ,didnt sleep at all . you can heare the door all the floor and all your
neighbour!! and first price your room as view on construction and with the song !!!!you cannot sleep !!!!!!!!!!!!! what e pity the location is fanstatic .

Was home away from home. Extremely comfortable, service was fantastic. Food was great including buffet breakfast. Internet a little slow at times and tv channels occasionally dropped out. Definitely would return in the near future.

we really liked the hotel and are definitely planning to go back to impiana when we go to KL. Excellent location, great service and cosy rooms. Recommendation by Asia Web Direct was reliable and booking was hassle free which ensures my usage of the site again for sure!

strategically located, friendly, helpful, efficient and honest staff. value for money. we waited less than 10 minutes for our check in and got another room which we need to reserve for our parents who came to join us for the holiday in no hassle by Mr Azlee, who served us.

When we arrived at the hotel it was much smaller than all the others around it. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent considering how laid back the malaysians usually are. Everything was very efficient and all the staff were very polite and friendly. The restaurant had a fantastic buffet with great choice for all cultures. My only critisism was that they were a little tight with the towels and toilet roll in our bathroom but as soon as we asked for more they were happy to oblige.
