On the whole, a very good hotel in terms of location and the quality of the accommodation provided. However, I would not recommend dining at this hotel as the service is slow and the food not very good.

I enjoyed the stay. Although some people say it is just a walking distance to KLCC, actually it is quite far unless you are energetic. Hehe. I like the ambiance and the room arrangement. Suitable for business traveller with wife on tow. The wife can enjoy the luxury of a spa whilst the husband out attending his business.

As expected very clean and modern with excellant facilities. However an unexpected feature wad that this busy city center hotel had FRIENDLY staff all over night and day. Unfortunatly a very unusual feature world wide.

Very nice business hotel. Within 5 min walk of KL convention centre. Friendly service. Nice breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel did not bother to look up any details that were passed on from this site. They put us in a room they we specifically requested not to and did not bother to send up the extra bed until we called. The pool is not for children and they have nothing to entertain the children like most hotels around that area. It is not a new hotel as stated on the website, but a refurbished hotel with a new name. I rate it as just ok. Good location though, if you are looking for that.

The hotel is located just 2 mins by walk away from KLCC towers and offers comfortable stay, if this is what you want then you need to overlook few minor problems like: Delay in getting room with king size beds as they have few rooms with king size beds, Rooms have KLCC tower view but not a direct view as direct view is a public Parking Lot, The breakfast is fair but you need to ensure that you get clean cups, spoon, fork as some staff seems to reuse those without washing. The staff iin the reception area are excellent and extremely helpful.

As far as the services is concerned, it was quite satisfying. The food was okay but the room was not fully equipped. quite dusty in some places. Towels were not fully replenished even though we clearly requested for a change.

The frontline staff were pleasant and friendly. They handled my reservation fast and were able to advise on payment details. Room was bigger than expected. However, the housekeeping staff did not clean up the room well on the following days. Breakfast was the same everyday. Pool was not child-friendly and small.
