The hotel setting is lovely. However, I did not feel comforatable with the staff. They appeared friendly enough on the surface, but did not come across as being very sincere.

Impiana KLCC is located strategically near the Petronas and Suria (GOOD FOR SHOPPING!). As the tour guide would say, "Your hotel is just two steps away." Breakfast overlooking the Petronas is quite breathtaking. The staff is very accomodating and would like to make the most out of our stay. They will help you book tours and would suggest many places to go to. They are knowledgeable of the needs of tourists and would not like any unpleasant incidences happen. When getting a cab, they would even help you haggle approximately the correct amount in getting to your destination, so the cab driver would not take advantage of you being tourists. I would not hesitate to go back to KL and stay in this hotel.

The staff are great and are there to help - however:
Breakfast is a bit of a fight for a table and to get the guy with coffee to attend is hard work, the dinning room only just manages the hotel numbers, more waiting staff would have improbed the situation.
We had a room with very poor AC which the hotel did not fix, for this reason we would not return, KL is 35C and 90% RH,decent AC is therefor a prerequisite!

This hotle is not looked so luxury in outside appearance but while you go in you can feel very warm atmosphere. People there are all very helpful. There are jazz trios performing music at lobby from late afternoon till 10 pm. I can see the players really loving and enjoying music. The variaty of foods in breakfast is a little bit limited.

Very efficient service. Unquestionable integrity of staff. Promptly contacted me regarding money I inadvertently left in room on check out. Will gladly recommend hotel to visitors to KL. Very centrally located.
