I only wanted to stay 1 night, but because of a prior arrival at 9 a.m. in the morning they charged me for 2 fuel nights! When I made a reservation for 1 night and made a remark I would arrive early in the hotel from the airport, they advised me to make a reservation also for the night before to be sure there would be a room available for early check in. I did so but expected ofcourse that they wouldnot charge me for 2 full nights. While checking out the next day and they told me I had to pay for 2 nights, I suggested I could pay extra (but not for a complete night) but that was not possible they said. First of all they told me they couldnot change this anymore because I booked over your website, but also if thety could change it they wouldnot because I checked in to early. This is ofcoursde a very BAD service for such a huge hotel. In the hotels where I stayed before, early check in was never a problem and they never charged extra. Due to the fact that I come to Thailand a few times per year and my plane always arrives early in the morning, this means I will NOT stay in this hotel anymore.

Everything about this place is just terrific...from the smile as you check-in to the service quality ... just feel at home all the time..

Because of the warmth and friendliness (a feeling of family) I recieved, I will definetly consider this hotel when I return to Bankok.
