It is nice hotel for people travelling to KL on tourism as it is located in the heart of KL, just few steps away from the Bintang Walk and you can travel to any point in KL easily from here

Paying extra charges to exchange for poor air conditioning system, heater not functioning, toilet bowl leaking and blockage, small roaches in toilet.
When checking out, staff not capable to handle upgrade and online booking changes. Disappointed with this hotel.

My experience is pleasant. They provide Good privacy. Good rooms and at excellent location. Only one thing i found as negative, there should be internet facility made availabe at least in deluxe rooms.. i had to move out ..Except that everything good about the hotel..

Location was too conjested -hard to drive around.
Bedsheets were not clean and the air-con makes a very loud noise at night - hard to sleep.

Jaded decor and generally run-down rooms. The lobby looks ok but the rest could do with a complete refurbishment. Excellent location, but for a similar price there are much better options in the same area of Kuala Lumpur.
