Its quite noisy. Noise from Jalan Alor in front and from fellow guests, banging the door as they enter and leave their rooms. Sound proofing is very bad.
The condition of the room looks very worn and tv was spoilt. Will not recommend to my friends to stay there again.

Nice hotel, good location, lot of good food stalls just down the road. Good cos is in the Golden Triangle area in KL, which encompasses Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Imbi with their shopping complexes, Jalan Sultan Ismail and stretches until the KLCC complex....10 min walk to the Bkt Bintang Monorail line as well...had a problem with my key card not working though, and having to ask the receptionist to fix the card (?) whenever left the hotel and returned. But other than that no complains. liked the huge windows and the view too (was on the 7th floor)...

simple buffet breakfast was provided.the location was fairly good as there were many food stalls in front of the hotel.however,the room which i stayed in had a faulty door that i always had problems with everytime i tried to open it. hair dryer and iron were only available on request and had to be returned immediately after use.

1, The queuing system is very poor, where one of the quest cut our line. The officer just serve who ever reach the counter and never consider those who are queuing.
2. The restaurant does not have enough number of tables to serve the quests who are having breakfast.
3. The access card of the room is always inactive and we have to activate again at the lobby, we are not sure whether it is necessary to activate the card every time we enter our room.
4. The customer service is very poor and slow.

Overall the staffs are OK. But the breakfast is really bad. The PIC for the cafe does not respect all the guests especially when you are a chinese.

Nova hotel is new and clean. The proximity to food stalls add some points to this hotel. There is one excellent beef noodle stall nearby which you should not miss. BB plaza, The pavilion, Star Hill are all within walking distance & I would suggest walking to these shopping centres as the traffic jam could be frustrating if you drive.

The room is very dusty (as if it was left unused for one year). The bedsheets and towels have stains (not sure if it was already used by the previous guests and was not changed.)
