The location is really good. What disappointed me was when I found out that the cleaner failed to clean up my room on the very 1st day of my stay. I realised the dustbin was not empty when I 1st entered into the room.

The staff at the hotel arevery polite and able to give details on the various places of interest in the country. I must say that one of the most comfortable stay in Penang and will recommend future stay.

The hotel location is a big plus. Food courts and resturaunt everywhere. The great Prangin Mall is a walking distance. The Heritage Trail, a few minutes away. Plus the friendliness of the staff. Will stay here again.

The hotel is value for money. It is near shopping and eating outlets. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is right in the middle of the old city and thus a little noisy, otherwise it provides a fairly comfortable stay. I recommend it for those who are not looking for large modern hotels.
