The air con is centralised by the hotel, the tv channels not much of choices, toilet graded as FAIR, no fridge in the room and overall the services not good at all. I graded this hotel 2.5/10.

Location in China Town is excellent. Rooms could be more comfortable these are a bit worn down. But given the pricing the quality/price ratio is fair.

The hotel is in the best location if you want to experience China Town and only a few minute walk to the rapid rail train to go anywhere of your liking in KL. My only complaint was they had a Malay breakfast which was disappointing . Last time I was there they had American breakfast with a mixture of Malay . The Lady that ran the restaurant did accommodate me and had some eggs made for me, she was very nice, I hope they go back to having an American breakfast .The hotel is a good value for the money if you want to stay in China Town.

I booked the standard room. There is no fire saftey. The room have no window at all. The only exit is the door. Upon request to change room with window, the desk staff striaght away reply fully book.

the hotel has a gd location near chinatown. However, the services at the restaurant is really bad. when the restaurant is full, the waitress actually suggest us to stand and eat!!! gosh!! when a lady ask if there they are going to replenish the noodle, she actually tell the lady no, without even looking at the lady!!

Overall satisfactory. All rooms controlled by centralised air-conditioning, therefore cannot adjust temperature. Too cold for me.

It looks kinda run down from the outside but inside, its quite alright.
But one thing, the breakfast is one of the most horrible meal i ever had in all my overseas stays.
