The staff is very accomodating, polite, warmth and provide excellent service. Special mention to chef Lasil who made an extra effort to please all guests with his friendly and charming manners .

While booking on line, I did not get the immediate feedback since my credit card varification was required but the hotel did not call me back on such thing. I had to call three times from Dubai and be on the line for more than 10 minutes to get the the room confirmed on last minutes before 5 hours to myflight departure. So such things have to be improved.
