Great place, perfect location near shopping areas great and a lot of entertainement within walking distance. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall a good qulity/pice ratio.

The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked and the toilet did not flush well, but the hotel is otherwise well appointed and very conveniently located.

The hotel itself is centrally located and offers most services expected of a 4 or 5 star western hotel. However, we had 2 bad experiences the evening of the day we arrived that are inexcusable as far as we are concerned. The first is that there was a serious level of toxic fumes from tile and carpet glue and solvent in the hallway as they were redoing a part of 2 rooms beside us, so we had to be moved.
But the worst was upon retiring the sheets were dirty - the TV remote and many black hairs were in our bed!! Obviously had been used and the sheets not cleaned. One should not have to check the sheets in a 5 star hotel. Of course they corrected it but it took awhile to find housekeeping staff at 11:30 pm. An ugly start to an otherwise great city.

The staff is very accomodating, polite, warmth and provide excellent service. Special mention to chef Lasil who made an extra effort to please all guests with his friendly and charming manners .
