BEST HOTEL EVER. I STAYED IN THE EXECUTIVE SUITE. COST EFFICIENT, The breakfast was great. The staff was very accomadating. I look forward to booking a room there again.

Excellent service from the hotel staffs.. great value for money except the location is slightly out off place and no signages to direct from city area unlike some of the five stars..

This hotel is decent but not excellent. The location is litte bit away from the citycenter but can easily be reach by the monorail which cost 1,6 RM. Just outside the hotel you can find the bar street of KL. The hotel couldn´t provide a customer free intenet service which is bad. You must bring your own comuter and pay a high price to use the internet. We did have a early check out and ordered breakfast at the room but it did not arrive in time so we had to leave it. This hotel was eralier namned Sheraton Imperial bu is now renamnend to only Imperial Hotel, but it also exists a Hotel Imperial in KL which make the taxi drivers confused. One time we where driven to this other hotel instead.

Excellent hotel, fine decor and finish. Absolute delight to stay in such a luxurious hotel. Service was impeccable from the door men to the reception to the F&B staff. Breakfast was an exotic spread, with lots of local delights thrown in as well. The room we chose was perfectly done up with every detail taken into account, felt it was the presidential suite! Only 2 minor blips.... the lunch at Essence could have been better, the chicken rice didnt quite have an authentic taste. Transport link is good with monorail just outside the hotel, but it would have been better if they had more shops and cafes around the hotel to add a little more life during the day. Nightlife is fine with the Asian Heritage Row next to the hotel. All in all, a superb stay in KL! One of the best accomodation we have experienced in our many many countless trips to KL. Thank you.

The Club room & services were excellent, totally congruent with establishment of this grade. I find the staff especially the butlers approachable, friendly & very well trained in both mannerism and styles. Overall enjoyable experience. Location of hotel is a bit out of the way for tourist wanting to burn some shopping dollars...

Hotel is excellent with great food and comfortable rooms with all modern amenities. Lots of choices available for eating although the prices are bit on a higher side.

I was not allowed to use the executive lounge as there was a dress code. This was not highlighted to me when i booked the hotel over the website. Would appreciate that such details are highlighted as it can be embrassing

With respect to world class hotels around the globe this hotel service is second to none. There is a small jewell at this hotel, the Italian restaurant on 5th floor. It is the best Italian food I have ever experienced.
