Hotel is not good ,not clean,saw a mouse eating bread at breakfast,also would have been cheaper just to turn up and book

bathroom needs to be up graded. tv reception poor. overall to improve on cleanliness.
choice of daily breakfast is limited and food not fresh
hotel staff is helpful and polite which is great.

The hotel is conveniently lcoated near the bus terminal, which makes it easy to take the public transport to visit various sights. It is also near enough to the jetty terminal for the ferry across to Butterworth.
If only the staff on duty were a little more helpful and friendly, the stay would have been perfect.

Hotel was Disgusting, Rooms are old and shabby, and over run with mould which ment the smell was unbearable. We complained and was offered a FREE upgrade to an even bigger moldier room!!! Terrible never go there!!!

The hotel facilities are bad because of lacking of powerpoints to plug into my pc, boiling water, hair dryer malfunctioning and no shower towels until 7.00pm. My overall hotel stay was horrible. I will not come to this hotel again.
