Location of hotel is good - accessible to all shopping centres. Room are spacious and toilet are well maintained. Having a in-room safe and hair dryer are what we normally look for and this hotel has it all.

The staff, facilities and location are very good; breakfast has a plenty of choice - western and asian. A couple things which would have made our stay more enjoyable, 1. the pool area should have a bar facility, 2. the nightclub/bar in the Lobby area is spoilt by tobacco smoke. Smoking should be banned from this area so everyone can enjoy the facility. We will stay here again.

The services was excellent & they sent my requested birthday cake on-time to my door step. Walking distatnce to the city & famous sites like Jonkers Street, Christ, Church etc.....

Located at convenient place, friendly staff and service. Huge variety of restaurants found there. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the service, condition and facilities of the hotel. However, I think with the price of RM 276.00 they should include breakfast.

The club rooms were big and spacy. We had two kids with us and the rooms were really nice. Babycot could be replaced to new, but this is only a small detail. Location excellent. Only short walking distance to the historical city centre. A really nice cafeteria downstairs.

The excellent quality of the hotel and food, together with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff made our stay at the Equitorial a delightful experience

Cost did not include breakfast. Hotel was very crowded and noisy. Pillows were sprawled on chair instead of placed on the bed.

charges are high and taxes were seperate than charges. Plus always breakfast os complementary on malaysia which was not given. The charges are same what hotel is offering and this site does not add any value except that charges 10% from my pocket. So better to directly.
