Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Phuket - great location. Loved to sit at the Terrazo Bar for a sunset drink and watch the passing parade. We had interconnecting rooms with our two teenagers in the main wing. We were opposite the building site where they are jackhammering all day and into the evening - this was not too much of a bother as the sound was minimal with the doors closed and air conditioner running. When we did venture onto the balcony it was interesting to watch - they stop early evening. The rooms were very good, great bathroom, efficient airconditioning and great little bar fridge. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we have experienced. All staff were friendly and efficient - one exception was the head concierge who has a major attitude problem - was very rude on our departure when we required airport transport. This is our only negative comment and we would glady stay again.

The Holiday Inn Busakorn Villa Pool Access Room - how fabulous to be able to setp outside of your room into a beautiful secluded peaceful tranquil place - you feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of busy Patong, yet 2 minutes walk from your room and you are right in the middle of it all. Fantastic, highly recommended.
