Excellent Location. Right at the Action spot on the Patong Beach. Just have to cross the road to get to the beach. Excellent facilities for children. Best hotel for family with children.

We can thoroughly recommend the hotel. We could not stay at the Busakorn Wing (as we had previously) because it was under renovations so stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the pool and ocean which was huge with a 42cm flat screen TV and had a large balcony. The staff were fabulous and the location would be hard to beat. You can easily affortd to eat in the hotel restaurants as they are very reasonable and top quality. We met the General Manager who had held that position for 18 years and he should be congratulated because his staff any very efficient and happy. Enjoy - we plan to return one day.

Great central location. Clean and fresh, wonderful meals, great service and all amenities. Loved the breakfast choices and the atmosphere, the pools, th bars etc. Absolutely everything we needed and more. Perfect base and fantastic experience. The perfect place for a Phuket holiday. We cannot praise it enough and will return. No one could be dissapointed.

Make sure to specify the type of bed you want, i.e (King, Queen, Double, Singles). Other than that, everything was spectacular.

The Hotel, Staff, Facilities and Location was Fantastic. I will definately stay there again, although I do hope they do something about the beds they are very FIRM.
