Great central location. Clean and fresh, wonderful meals, great service and all amenities. Loved the breakfast choices and the atmosphere, the pools, th bars etc. Absolutely everything we needed and more. Perfect base and fantastic experience. The perfect place for a Phuket holiday. We cannot praise it enough and will return. No one could be dissapointed.

Make sure to specify the type of bed you want, i.e (King, Queen, Double, Singles). Other than that, everything was spectacular.

The Hotel, Staff, Facilities and Location was Fantastic. I will definately stay there again, although I do hope they do something about the beds they are very FIRM.

good hotel in a bad resort. poor beach which is not very clean. We took the kids and you need to be aware of what goes on at Bangla road when it gets dark. Very seedy to say the least

We stayed in the main wing seaview deluxe room for four nights and it was excellent overall. The complimentary daily refill of drinks, room presentation, services was great. The only annoying thing was that we had a non smoking room, however the room always seemed to have the smell of cigarettes (which then absorbed into the bed, pillows, etc), even after the room was sprayed with air freshener. In the end, we thought it must be coming through the air vents, so we had to put up with it. Apart from that, it was a great room!
