We stayed in a seaview room with balcony...it was beautiful...terrific king size bed, great balcony, fantastic buffet each morning, wonderful location right on Patong Beach Road, but secluded & still very tranquil. The bathroom was a delight! I would suggest sun loungers for the balcony rather than the hard wooden deck chairs

The entire stay at the hotel was pleasant and fun. The service was good as well. However, certain terms and conditions could have been made clearer. For example, we were not sure whether a family of five could stay in a superior room. No such info was available on the internet. At most, it only provided details on the maximum number of people (adults and children) per room. Also, although the Seabreeze cafe advertised that kids under 12 eat for free, it was not made clear from the beginning that this offer was limited to two kids at any one time. This would help larger families to plan meals ahead of time.

The hotel was in a great location and was very good value for money (especially with the full buffet breakfast included in the room rate). Though I stayed in a deluxe sea view room (the second most expensive room type available), I was very impressed with both the size of the room and the absolute luxury of the fittings and furnishings. I would even go so far as to sy it was the nicest hotel room I had ever seen. Very impressed!

We loved the Holiday Inn. The staff were lovely and the Busakorn
Wing is great! A very relaxing place to stay yet right in the heart of the action of Patong. Brilliant!

Excellent Location. Right at the Action spot on the Patong Beach. Just have to cross the road to get to the beach. Excellent facilities for children. Best hotel for family with children.

We can thoroughly recommend the hotel. We could not stay at the Busakorn Wing (as we had previously) because it was under renovations so stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the pool and ocean which was huge with a 42cm flat screen TV and had a large balcony. The staff were fabulous and the location would be hard to beat. You can easily affortd to eat in the hotel restaurants as they are very reasonable and top quality. We met the General Manager who had held that position for 18 years and he should be congratulated because his staff any very efficient and happy. Enjoy - we plan to return one day.
