The hotel staff are friendly and nice. My room is large, clean and has a very good view of the sea. A very good experience. I will certainly return.

THIS IS A HOTEL WITH GOOD STAFF. However it is in need of total renovation. i wouldnt recommend it to my friends.

Very Very dirty rooms - foreign intimate hairs in the bathroom, toothpaste in the "fresh" bed and dirty towels !!! i´ll never book this hotel again. normaly "holiday inn" stands for good and clean hotels - maybe not in penang - i´m very disappointed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities, location and service were excellent and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I intend to make a return visit.

The room has a breathtaking view of the sea. Very convenient and it is only a walking distance to the beach, restaurants and night strret stalls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a family vacation at the beach.

The hotel is great, my stay was instereding but only the room is pretty plain. Still using old furnitures.
