Great hotel for chilling out and avoiding the crowds. The beach is uncrowded and swimming access is shallow, sandy and very safe with large roped off designated swim areas. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety for either asian or American breakfasts. Service was very friendly and access to activities and tours was good. Would recommend and stay there again.

A wonderful stay: beach are the most beautiful in Phi Phi, staff were delicious and effective. Large choice of breakfast. Calm and beautiful resort. Bungalow not very typical but functional with all facilities.

This hotel was pretty perfect for our needs. (Couple on vacation.) The rooms are not deluxe but very clean and very comfy beds. Beautiful setting, incredible views - at sunset bar the single most beautiful spot I have ever been. Staff very accommodating. Food great. Only issue was long and involved travel to get there.

We had an absolutely glorious 5 days at the Holiday Inn Phi Phi Island. In particular Suwit and Juandlak offered us exceptional service. We are planning now when we can return.

I think the location and staff were all great and we really enjoyed our time there. One thing though, when departing it would have been nice to have it explained in a little more detail what was happening and how it was to be done. It was just a little unclear as to what was happening with our bags being loaded first, then us following later on. Overall though, we will definitely be coming back and have already recommended it to our friends.

great staff who were very friendly and called us by name on the very next day. although there was just one restaurant it was very welcoming and the variety of food served over the week made it very interesting.
