EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT Everything, except when I left early around 4am, they were on water hours. Not sure why?

Cannoy speak too highly of this hotel, excellent seeam to mundane a word to use for such an outstanding hotel - I spent two weeks here several years ago, found out it had recently been renovated and is even better - I would highly advise this to anyone wanting that special break away from it all - has everything for everyone - to a very high standard!

Club rooms as would be expected for a 5 star hotel but the Club was located a little too far from the main hotel.

Positive: very friendly and efficient staff. Nice views of the golf course. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Very positive: The Ananda Spa is a dream... an absolute must if you want to be pampered.
Not so positive: Telling the customers a taxi to KL International Airport would cost 140 Ringgit, same price as the hotel limousine! Calling the taxi service myself I figured out the price is actually 65 Ringgit including the night charge!
No service provided at the pool, no rooms to change aswell.
