the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. facilities were adequate although since i was travelling with a child, i would hve liked it if there was a play center within the hotel for my four year old.

This time the lighting of the room was very poor; Executive room turned out smaller than last time with a non-executive; dry law imposed on foreigners on the weekend prior to Elections rendering obsolete the choice of an Executive Room

As a single female traveller, I appreciate the security and privacy of this hotel. The staff were attentive and took note of previous requests - so no reminders needed.

the location of the hotel is very central, and within a short walking distance to the sky train. It is also very close to the major department stores. The service staff is generally friendly and helpful and we did have a nice stay and will definitely return to stay in future
