Very friendly staff. We made a mistake with the arrival date, but HolidayInn helped us with another room and gave us three options to choose. We had an early chack-inn with our little son, and they gave us a room immediately with a free breakfast. What a service!

The overall is good, but the shower in certain room is a bit weak and still acceptable. I expect sronger shower.

They were charging and asking money for water also and not providing any complimentary items.

the staff was friendly and courteous.the breakfast spread was a delight. the highlight of the hotel was the location .u could go to centralworld without having to step out in the sun even for a second.holiday innconnects to gaysorn plaza thru the intercontinental and from gaysorn to central world thru a skybridge.the amarin plaza and the erawan temple were all 2 mins from across the hotel.only grouse was the swimming pool which was quite small.but all in all we had a gr8 time at holiday inn.

the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. facilities were adequate although since i was travelling with a child, i would hve liked it if there was a play center within the hotel for my four year old.

This time the lighting of the room was very poor; Executive room turned out smaller than last time with a non-executive; dry law imposed on foreigners on the weekend prior to Elections rendering obsolete the choice of an Executive Room

As a single female traveller, I appreciate the security and privacy of this hotel. The staff were attentive and took note of previous requests - so no reminders needed.

the location of the hotel is very central, and within a short walking distance to the sky train. It is also very close to the major department stores. The service staff is generally friendly and helpful and we did have a nice stay and will definitely return to stay in future
