We were very lucky as we came in just before the peak season. My son enjoyed himself as we almost had the whole pool to ourselves. No crowd at the buffet and we were able to ge tthe attention of the waiters very easily.

Not user freindly for families with children,Staff cannot count past two items per room/suite,even though more than two persons accommodated per room/suite.Hotel/room facilities outdated and seldom worked,we battled to get water hot enough for a bath.

one of the best locations on Phuket; friendly staff and so easily accomodating; we loved our stay at the hilton Karon Beach and if we had known earlier we would not have wasted our time going to sheraton Krabi and would have stayed on at the hilton instead

Very nice hotel, very good location, nice staff, excellent. We did not used much the hotel restaurants, we like it out in the city.

Services at the receiption was slow, both when checking in and checking out. It took half an hour to check out!!

The hotel is a typical big US stype hotel. It has no character, but does have some good facilities for children. Food has no taste at the buffet

To be a 5 star hotel we felt that our rooms where not 5 star. More like 4 star. Need of renovation Floor 4 But overall hotel service including pool, bar. was excellent. Overall feeling was a 5 star hotel
