no lift, the service man forgot to return the passport to me until I reminded him to return, failure to communicate with Taxi driver about where I would go, no comb, no slippers, failure to provide iron and ironing board wihtout clear rejection during booking and even after arrival at the hotel.

nice trendy hotel in good location but some (not all) of the staff think they are too good to work there or at least it appears that way

It requires a lot of research for the customer to find the best price because you have different prices when walking in from street and on internet. I guess 90% of all customers has price as a leading determinant for choice of hotel.

My daughter prefered this hotel instead of other 4-5 star hotels. Now we beleive that she made the right choise .

Because the volume of water was weak, the shower was not used easily. Moreover, there were only the stairs at the hotel of an old type, and going up on the stairs to the room of the third floor where it had stayed were tight.
