This hotel is a designers dream. Sadly the designer has not stayed in the rooms.
The rooms are not properly insulated and outside traffic noise is apparent at night. Rooms with bathtubs do not have showers, and there is no place to put soap/shampoo while bathing. The breakfast in the morning was terrible. Staff charged for water (64 baht). Coffee was instant as were the juices (both undrinkable). Staff is poorly trained and fault lies with head-office.Something needs to be done to save them !!!! For 2500 Baht a night I would rather stay at the nearby Narai although old at least they know how to serve breakfast in the morning. This hotel needs proper management and training for staff. Rooms need to be made more user friendly. Not a 4 star hotel!!!!!

It was great. However, at night i found 2 rouaches in thУ bathroom. Other than that, it was great for the money and I would definitely like to stay there again!

On my arrival day, it was a surprised that the reception came out to greet us and carry our luggages. The room was great and very clean. It worth every dollar that you going to spend. The location was good, just that the BTS station is a bit far away from the hotel. Anyhow, Bangkok transportation is not an issue no matter where you stay. Overall this is the hotel that you are going to stay with no doubts. I will be back!

Excellent small hotel, perfect location (quiet, but also very good for shopping, sight seeing). If you want a very comfortable hotel but do not like the usual concrete towers, the Baan Silom Heritage is the place to go.

no lift, the service man forgot to return the passport to me until I reminded him to return, failure to communicate with Taxi driver about where I would go, no comb, no slippers, failure to provide iron and ironing board wihtout clear rejection during booking and even after arrival at the hotel.
