THE SERVICE WAS EXCELENT.MOST IMPRESSIVED WITH THE STAFF THERE, VERY HELPFUL AND GENEROUS WITH THEIR SMILES.EVERY RESTAURANT THE RECEPTIONIST RECOMMENDED WAS VERY SATISFYING.WAS RECOMMENDED NGON-A OUTDOOR HAWKER STYLE FARE, BOTH LOCALS N TOURIST FREQUENT.WAS TIRED FROM DOING A FULL DAY 12 HOUR LONG TOUR, CAME BACK , AND WAS RECOMMENED SOMETHING LOCAL N NEAR.HE TOLD US TO GO TO CYCLONE BAR JUST ROUND THE CORNER.SERVES BOTH VIETEMESE N FRENCH FOOD.VERY TASTY.WANTED TO EA PHO,BUT ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST RECOMENDED BUN-TA RESTAURANT BY THE LAKE.IT WAS WAY BETTER THAN PHO, VERY DELICIOUS NOODLE SOUP,ALTHOUGH IT WAS A BIT PRICEY ,BUT STILL WORTH THE EXPERIENCE.OVERALL, SUPER GREAT SERVICE!

Staff were excellent to us. Our trip to Ha Long bay was cancelled due to a typhoon so theyarranged us an alternative day trip, and booked us a new hotel as we had nowhere to stay... Also booked us train tickets to Hue and a hotel there as well. Service was excellent throughout. Was easily the best hotel we used in Vietnam (and most expensive - but worth it for 1st couple of days finding our feet). Airport pick up was ideal (and I think very good value compared to getting a cab there). Location great. Would stay here if I returned.

This is an excellent hotel. We have stayed here twice and would definitely go back again. Its location is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Although I had discussion about extra charge with staff, they were polite and helpful. I am just glad this hotel cares for customer feedback, and with this kind of facility for this price, I will stay here again. People at front desk were nice and helpful.

It was a great place to stay! Brand new Boutique Hotel located in the Old Quarter. Clean, tastefully decorated rooms, great breakfast and awesome staff! Will stay there again!

Rooms very clean but breakfast was a big disappointment. I ordered french toast which was a total disaster. The bread was drenched in oil making it impossible to swallow. Staff need more training in preparing food. Overall a nice place to stay..

We only stayed at the Elegance 3 for 1 night but would highly recommend it as the place is spotlessly clean with very nice rooms and staff.Would have stayed longer but the hotel was fully booked.The breakfast was also very good and the staff again very happy to oblige, a good small boutique hotel close to the lake 5 mins walk but quiet in the heart of the mayhem of Hanoi.
