this hotel was a delight. the computer in the room with free internet was a good touch. some staff were very helpfull. booked day tours,taxi and train tickets.And we didnt pay until day of checkout.would recommend this hotel

The hotel staff was terrific! The rooms were clean and the location in the Old Quarter was just wonderful. The only problem is that the standard room is VERY small. There is not even enough room to have any suitcases out. It is rather like a very large closet. If size matters, upgrade to deluxe.

Good location, very nice staff, very nice breakfast and just excellent rooms, though - in contrast to what was told on web page - we did not not have a balcony, nor a dvd-player nor have we seen any coffee louonge. Nevertheless we would defintely come again!!

the location was perfect,they organized all our tours around halong bay and hanoi.great value for money , management and staff spoke english and nothing was too much trouble when it came to service and giving advise on what to see and do in hanoiand surrounding areas.woild highly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice and pleasant stay, the staff in the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Location is good as well. They offer reasonable good breakfast and room are clean. I would come back again for another stay.
