The staff were very friendly and always available to help. The location is very central in the old town. This makes the location noisey and we moved from the front room on the 2nd floor to the 4th floor to lessen the street noise, but it was a bit of a climb up the stairs. The room and facilities including the internet access was very good and reliable. I would recommend this hotel as a small family run hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Hanoi elegance. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a day tour to how long bay. Everything went smoothly. Our friends who went with us to Hanoi mentioned how convenient it was to have computer access right in the room. Thanks for a great stay.
