The hotel staff are exemplary. The rooms were tired and the hotel was a little far from the activities that I wanted. However, that being said if you want to be close to China Town it is in an excellent location. Be prepared to pay for any extras. For example use of the computer, pool and gym facilities.

The staff are unfriendly, the entire hotel (except of course the foyer) smells, the beds are lumpy and the dining room closes earlier than they advertise. We tried to get a feed at 9.30pm and were turned away although they advertise that the dining room is open until midnight.

The hotel service is very good. Staff very helpful. Value for money. The hotel have 23 floor so we have a very beautiful Bangkok city view from the room.

Friendly staff,excellent location,good value for money. Be aware that the trips booked in the hotel lobby are a rip off!
