Very disappointed in the F&B quality (room service and in restaurant); room was smelling of cigarette when t was non smoking floor, had to ask several timed for freshener. FO staff very good

I stayed in Sofitel in different countries before, they are like high class, this one that I stayed in was pretty ordinary.

A top class hotel, good facilities, with an excellent location with some good bars and restaurants near, and of course Nana Plaza is only a five minute walk away.

It was an excellent room. It was like a suite with a wooden flloor, nice big TVs, and modern looking funiture. There was a bug in a bathroom which made me wonder about the cleaness of the room.
