we put 3 requirements on the special request at the time we booked. However, 2 of them were not arranged at the time we arrived. We wanted
1.to stay in non-smoking floor due to family illness history ;
2.one room reuqest for king/queen size bed instead of 2 single beds.
Hotel should had informed us when they knew the arrangement were not able to make it. Customers should have right to realise the situation before arrival. I mean if we were informed earlier via email, we would be more happy to accept the arrangement rather to accept it un-willingly.

dissapointed as i got rashes after my stay at this hotel, suspected bed bugs as i also saw baby cockroaches crawling on my bed!
