Staying with family (3 kids) for 5 days, the hotel room was allright, just bit old. Location was perfect. We had problems with microwave, replaced within an hour - shower in bathroom not working properly, fixed within an hour - very quick response. No newspaper provided in the morning was verry disappointing.
