The Hotel while getting older is still well maintained. The service is as good as any 5 star hotel i have stayed in around the worl and the staff could not do enough to help. Truely great service. Good location to Sky train and there are streets of local stalls around the corner for bargain hunters. I stayed in the royal suite which was well equipped and had plenty of room. I would stay here next time I am in town.

serviced apartment, good for long-time live; the location is very very convienient, close to both sky-train and subway. In Bangkok, there is no way to go out without public transport for tourists.

A little bit pricey, but clean, close to airport (25-30 minutes), BTS (200 meters), and in a quiet soi but close to nightlife and shopping.

My second stay here at the Grand Pres. I will always come back. Get a royal suite if you can. Rm 2070, nice view of Soi 11.

Bathtub tap & shower tap not functioning properly despite repaired twice.
Some of hotel staff have very bad attitude and service towards Asian guests. If you are Caucasian you are treated better!
