card system for both room and lift were not stable, drinks bar by poolside would be nice, breakfast at lounge cafe is really lovely but too expensive and lastly hotel should manage all taxi touters as i checkout room at 3am and i was serviced by a so-called hotel crew which turns out to be not until i reached airport and was asked to pay for a taxi booking fee which i was refunded after i threatened to complain.

I can not get company contract discount, I was noticed that only reservation is requested by company is valid, I think it is not reasonable, only if I can show I am employee of your contract company, discount should be valide
