This hotel was under renovation, there wasnt any proper approach from the lobby to the rooms. Its a shame that this fact wasnt displayed on the site. Looking at the state of the hotel, i did not stay there and checked myself into another hotel nearby. When you offer a service that links hotels, the least you should be able to provide is correct updates on the hotel. For a first time traveller to Malaysia this was a very bad experience.

Hotel under renovation was not mentioned in the advistisment. Towel not provided on hand. We have to ask for the towel.

badly maintain hotel with poor service, lift not functioning properly, phone in the room not functioning and no action despite complaint
