The hotel staffs are really friendly & helpful. After checking-out at 12 noon, my husband realised that his car was having some problem & so we sought help from the hotel staffs. While they were trying to contact the car workshop, they offered our family a room to rest. We really appreciate & are very thankful for the kind assistance by the hotel staffs.

This is a wonderful hotel. We will stay there again. The staff really excellent - from the front door to the housekeeping and everything in between. Very good food and excellent location.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, therefore lots of activity noted. Front entrance not accessible. Car park area difficult to access with suitcases. Overall the experience was fair and not very remarkable. For the US travelers, I would rather recommend staying at the Ritz Carlton instead. Much better value for the money.
