Overall, the room and facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and were more than happy to help out where required would definitely recommend the hotel.

Room is small and run down, does not match the standard of the lobby which gives the impression that this is a nice hotel but it is not. Bathroom is small. The overall impression of the hotel once you get past the lobby is old and urgently requires a facelift.

Good location, exelent breakfast, nice Italien restaurant with very good italien food.Perfect for a family of 4 people (2 children). Good value for money.

Very good hotel within easy access to Sukhumvit road by tuk tuk or taxi, too far to walk if weather very hot as it is in March and April. Hotel is in a slightly seedy soi, girlie bars and massage parlours but ok nothing to worry about.
Rooms are very smart and have wireless internet and a desk in the corner for work. Breakfast is really excellent and the Italian restaurant adjacent to the main building is worth a visit.

Excellent spread for breakfast, good location with a shortcut to the Skytrain station through the Queen Imperial Hotel and a stroll through the park, courteous and helpful service staff.

Everything was cool except for the fact that they charged me 400 baht to change rooms. There was too much noise coming from the one side of the hotel, That is why I changed rooms and I explained that to them. I thought it was jive that they charged me and a matter of fact I still do.

after travelling alone i was extremely upset to be told i would not be able to stay as the haotel was full. I was meeting with friends who had independant bookings 2 days later. I was placed in an apartment with no access to room service as it was not provided at that time of night so was unable to eat until the following day. I insisted i needed to come back to the hotel the following day, i was not happy to remain there for the rest of my stay.
