Location of hotel is superb thats why i stayed there the 2nd time.
However, room need to be clean more thoroughly as i found some trash around.

I was extremely pleased with my stay except that it took Bell captain 90 minutes to get my bags to my room upon arrival .... and expected a tip. I had called 3 times to find out where my bags were. Not a good start!!

Good value for money, would definitely stay there again. A bit of hassle if u want to bring in guests, might get charged for it. But overall, would recommend it to ppl who want to share a room but yet prefer a bit of privacy, due to a door separator.

Reasonable rate and good location. Easy access to major shopping centers and dinning is just everywhere around the hotel. My 1st choice in Bangkok.

Very nice hotel, in the middle of a shopping district (next to Phantip Plaza and Platinum Mall, walking distance to Siam Paragon). Big and clean rooms, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast and a nice swimming pool.

stayed on the 22 floor which had excellant views in 2 directions. the hotel is about due for updating and is a little worn in places,but everything worked and we had no complaints.the staff were very professional. the location for shopping was great. platinum mall next door for fashion clothes,2 doors along pan tech mall,5floors of computer related hardware and software and electrical items.an easy15 minute walk or short taxi or tuk tuk ride to massive european styled malls,siam mall ect that have a great range of products,all name brands and no knock offs.over the road to mbk, a massive mall of electrical items, clothes ect,mostly knock offs.anyway,enjoyed our stay and hotels position was ideal

Location - 7/10 (well situated though facing a very busy road)
Breakfast - 7/10 (good spread)
Room - 7/10 (not very new but clean and comfortable)
Staff - 8/10 (friendly and helpful)
Internet - 4/10 (faced much difficulties to connect every night)
overall experience - good, willing to recommend to other travellers.

Rooms are old. Buffet breakfast is below average and not much variety, only location is good. Compare to the nearby Bayioke sky who is cheaper and so much better in condition.
