We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and our room was bigger than expected, which allowed us plenty of room to put two large suitcases so they were not in our way. Three different restaurants provided variety plus small retail outlets within the hotel building where other food, beverages and products could be purchased. Close to the Metro, only a short Tuk-Tuk ride to get to it. Very good location near Chinatown.

Great location to everything. Staff were great help when you need them. Great services. Love the buffet breakfast:)

Fantastic Hotel, brilliant views from the room, and of course the 25th floor show was superb, loved our short stay, and would love to come back one day agian.

I was at the hotel and stayed on the 22 floor and there is no elevator stopping on the floor except one and you had to keep pushing buttons to goet the correct elevator. It took a long time to get to your room as there was allway another elevator stopping for you and they did not stop on the 22nd floor. It would be easy for the hotel to rewire a button that stop on the right floor. One more thing I was there and useing crutches to get around. I went to the breakfast buffet and got out of the elevator and went about 10 feet and my crutches hit a spot of water and I fell hard and fast and was hert bad on my chest and back. The hotel did take me to the hospital and paid the hospital bill and I checked out after returning to the hotel. The did not do anything about my bill. The next two weeks I could not move as I was in so much pain. I went to the emergengy room at home and to my doctor to get pain relief. I know now that my vacation cost me a lot more than I thought and wish I did not fall in their hotel.
