If you want to be away from the hurly burly but close enough by a short taxi ride then this is the place .Quiet , largely European clientele , nice not too busy pool overlooking the surf , and a pleasant walk along the beach to great places for breakfast like La Luciola or Ku De Ta .We had a garden view suite which is close to beach and some had water views .Large bathrooms with big bath , huge separate shower (which needed a clean for mould but great hot water pressure . Large bed , DVD player and cable TV .No table in the room to eat at . Day bed that could easily accomodate another adult or child ;outside day bed on terrace ; good air con;adequate pillows . At US$156 approx a night net it was good value.Shuttle into Kuta one way for free about 4 times a day but not at dinner time . Breakfast was OK but not great .Their espresso coffee machine was broken over the 5 days westayed so limited to Bali coffee which is not to everyones taste .Room service meals OK but in comparison with food at good places to eat it would not be a first preference . Structurally the place needs some work which has already been done in the lobby and public areas .
