We were very happy to stay at the hotel. Friendly treatment everywhere, restaurant, reseptionen, etc. We felt ourselves very safe by living there. Shuttel bus to Gerorge Town is also a great service.

Food experience was not the best, egg cooking was abysmal for breakfast. Non Smoking Floor, room across the hall was smoking but front desk staff did nothing to alleviate this and we have serious allergies to smoke. Bar drinks are too expensive.

it has very nice view on the ocean, good facilities on the simming pool, nice program at night

Reception person was not slightly polite. She didi not explain the deposit RM500 and only said to enter PIN, did not explain thta our paiment includes breakfasts.

this hotel is one of the best on the island, however dont expect any 5 or 4 star treatment, quite unprofessional.... bad service, problem with cleaness, the hotel is run down and needs major renovation. but the beach and pools are excellent

Nice hotel..exceed my expectation when i saw an additional single bed & day sofa in my room! I was pleasantly surprised! The bath tub is clean and my kids are having great fun even after the sand beach and swimming pool activities..
