Toilet is spacious.
The telephone looks a bit old fashion, not matched with other decoration

A very clean and new hotel. The superior room was very spacious. First time I have seen a bedroom right in the middles of the room. The bed is not your usual type but nice, what a surprise The gym is great, all new and latest equipment and the opening and closing times are just right. Great location - next to a good shopping mall and next to hawker food center where you can taste various types of Penang food.
It would have been better if there was a bath tub in the superior room.

Nice hotel at good location. Everything was great except the service at front desk. Took almost 30 minutes to check-in as they could not find our reservation although I had a printed confirmation. Checking out was worst. Charge me a different rate and did not take into account the deposit I have made. Took me again more than 30 minutes to finally complete my check-out from the hotel.
