staff was really impatient and rude to explain to us on the charges. was extremely disappointed with the hotel.

They had a lot of construction going on. Could not sleep late to much hammering and banging from the construction.

Staff were nice & Friendly, If you want real milk for your Tea or Coffee its best to buy it from a 7-11 near by their was a problem getting Cats Cream Milk for our morning Cuppa. Nice & handy to China Town.

This hotel is much nearer the heart of Singapore than its locations on tourist maps would lead you to believe. Everything is either withinn walking distance or no more than a short bus ride away. The hotel staff were extreamly helpful in advising what busses to catch and where to catch them from. But, if you have the time and wamt to travel on foot... then most of what Singapore has to offer is no more than half an hour away

First time staying at this hotel. GOOD location. Right around the corner from Clarke Quay and easily walkable to Boat Quay. Next to Chinatown as well. Subway was just down the street also. My package included free internet which was great. Separate bathtub and shower stall was nice. Did not really use any of the other facilities. Pool was not that great. Not sure how much sun you could get with where they put the pool. Staff was VERY helpful with ANY questions I had. Rooms were not huge but big enough for myself. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay here and would probably stay again.
