We were after a short term short notice stay at an easily accessible hotel at a reasonable price - from the first moment we knew we had made a mistake - the reception staff were not overly helpful - we were told that to book the shuttle to go to train or shopping we needed to book at least an hour in advance but in 2 out of 3 days even though we booked we had to wait half an hour for the shuttle - the receptionest told us as its complimentary what did we expect.The hotel is 15mins minimum to the train( BY MOTORISED VEHICHLE) and on one rainy day took nearly 30 mins.Our hotel room had mould on 3 walls , no shower pressure and very little heat in the hot water- the toilet seat was broken - the towels were threadbare , no tissues or hairdryer ( isnt this now just standard anywhere ?? )The gym was a bombsite with builders materials scattered all over the floor and the English paper on the first day was one day old but was never changed in our stay in the gym area. The paper in reception was slightly better -the only positives I can take from this experience were the pool was clean and breakfast was of a good selection.

Hotel no up to standard ; a lot of items which are standard in most hotels were not available; hot water ; coffee making facitilites; towels needs to be requested
no bar/ music ; very diffcult to get out not near BTS station; Taxi always trying to fleece; no good restaurants; massage parlours nearby

The fitness room was not up to date and seemed old and not working.
The schuttel bus was out of order 3 out of 5 days, that was not sattisfing for me
The service was okay but nothing worth remembering
