The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The hotel was quite noisy, however, with people arriving from the airport in the middle of the night and loud vehicles nearby. The hotel was a good choice for staying by the airport, but definitely not for visiting Bangkok. Be sure your taxi driver knows where he is going before you head to the Floral Shire Resort - it is rather difficult to find.

Infested with ants. They were on our bed, inside the refridgerator......everywhere. Cockroaches too. A new hotel should not be this way. Was in bad neihborhood, no restaurants nearby, breakfast was cold and sub-par. Had dinner there once, was cold and horrible. Would not stay here again or recommend this place.

This place is a little off the main drag so taxi drivers cant find it. If you book with them, be sure to reserve their shuttle- its free. Other than that, the hotel is clean and good for staying the night when you have an early flight out. The breakfast is coffee or tea, toast, eggs and a type of sausage. If you ask for any alternative to this breafast (i.e. only toast) they will not understand you! But they have a cat who will eat your sausage:) We got to this place late and the neighborhood looked a little seedy, but in the morning there was a rooster walking around and it just looked quaint and farmy. Overall, Nice place!

Good value hotel near airport for layover. Unfortunately not many eating options so try to do this before you get to the hotel. Great free airport pick up and drop off.

The airconditioning was extremely noisy and the beds where literally like stone hard as rock is an understatement! The service from staff was good though

This hotel was super close to the airport, about a 5 minute drive or so. Staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. They also spoke pretty decent english. Rooms were big and clean and had wireless internet. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Bangkok area.The only negative is that its about a 45 minute busride to the city, but if youre only staying the night its perfect location!
