Overall experience was bad for my case. It spoils my trip. The right side of the bed seems to have a dip (size is around 1 foot). I did not get to sleep well with the pathetic condition bed.
I would recomend this hotel to people who wants CHEAP hotel. I would NOT recomend this hotel to people who expect value for $. Its cheap but I rather pay a little more to stay in a more comforatble and spacious room .

First house breakfast always same sin last 1,2 years. hopefully they can change like more cakes and breads.

We reserved 2 rooms. One room for 3 adlts & the other for 2 adults, 1 child. These details were declared upon our booking on-line & we paid for 6 person. However upon our arrival, we were asked to pay extra for one more bed which was completely unnecessary as the child is sleeping with the mother. As such, the hotel refused to issue us 6 breakfast vouchers & gave us 5 instead. One of us would go on the day without breakfast. We feel cheated. The hotel was trying to take advantage of us.
The staff handling our luggage was careless. We left behind a luggage in the hotel before heading to airport. We had to to turn back to the hotel & asked for our luggage. Initially, the hotel said no luggage was found but after sometime, the luggage was "dig" out from one of the store room. This reflect badly on the hotel attitude towards customer service.
