Execpt for the location which helps a lot while shopping,the hotel condition is very poor,staff is very arrogant and unfriendly,no service to customers and even the breakfast was substandard.

You should never book this hotel. The reception staff are very nice while the room service is quite inferior( I request a second kettle of hotwater, they just say "cannot" on my face. I am shocked.)

overall experience was ok but would appreciate that hotel management inform guests that smoking in Non-Smoking Floors are strictly prohibited and avoid placing ashtrays in non-smoking rooms.

if u want cheap n gd location, this is one of the gd choice for lower budget staying..jus 5 mins of walk to whole-sale market shops whereby u can get cheap stuffs. As for the facilities, its not as well equiped as other hotels like hair dryer in the room for ladies to dry their hair.

the location of the hotel is pretty ok but its situated at an alley. many taxi driver couldnt find the way there. The price of the room is reasonable but the not very clean. For those who would like to get a budget and short stay.

No value for money. Unsafe to stay. On one night upon return to hotel room the room door was open. Complained to hotel staff but no avail.

That is very good location for U to stay if U want to shopping at Platinium fashon market or platinium plaza.
